I'm sorry that a simple mistake caused so much pain and heartache to you.

I hope others will learn from this, and avoid the same fate. Daily I read posts about someone getting a new chicken, and immediately putting it in with their own flock. I cringe inside every time I read those posts.

Chin up good man! Brighter days are ahead. A just think... you won't have to worry about the evil Silkies now.

THANK YOU for making your video. I've had one of my sons watch the first one and will have the rest of my children and my husband watch, too. Having all of us 'in the know' will mean less chances that we'll have to do the same to our birds, and as newbies this is exactly the kind of mistake we'd make.

I'm so sad that you've lost all your birds, especially your four favorites, but I'm grateful you thought of all of the rest of us and made your videos.

It was a very generous and thoughtful thing for you to do.
