I had 3 chicks do that at the same time 1 got better after 1 day of being fed raw egg yolk with a eye dropper, the 2nd got better after 3 days of this treatment and the 3rd died of mulberry heart.
But your chick looks like she will be fine get her the nutrition and maybe get her some sun and fresh air.
And make sure that their food is not moldy.
