A wild flock of Peafowl.

To catch them ... what a funny idea!
They come to you because they chose YOU !
They chose you because there is your backyard ... the other poultry you have!
Feed them ... water them ... and they'll stay with you ... isn't that enough? Do you still want to catch them?

We only have one pair of peafowl at this time. The hen pretty much stays in barnyard but Mr. Cocky runs our country neighborhood. He spends his winters in our neighbor's garage. Misty has him eating dry cat food out of her hand! Before he molted, he could be heard calling from a woods where houses are being built. Wonder what those people think when they first move in? In the mornings when I step outside, first the donkeys bray which starts chickens crowing and that stirs up the fainting goats. All loud and in harmony. The peacock flies down from a tree and joins in. Ah, country life! :celebrate:wee:clap
