Dryden cracked his knuckles and waited for Liria to start. Of course, he was much stronger than her, so he had to go easy on her. Once warriors turned 21, there was another battle, where the alpha fought them again, but had to go harder on them. He had forgotten, that was next month.

Liria took one more deep breath, then lunged forward and kicked him hard in the side.
 
He stepped to the side and grabbed her arm, yanking it behind her back.

This is to first blood.//
 
Liria gasped. That had HURT. I can't lose! She thought desperately. Fighting through the pain, she grabbed his outstretched arm, the one that wasn't holding her arm. Thrusting her full weight on it, she leaped into the air and kicked out, catching the side of his head and making him stumble.

He didn't yelp but Clio did, glaring a bit at Liria.

Dryden stumbled and once he caught his balance he went to swing his arm for her neck.
 
Liria ducked under his swing and swung her fist at his nose. To first blood. I just wish that the Luna wasn't feeling his pain.
