My 5 month old Whyandott hen has been acting strangly over the past couple of days. Every time I go to the coop to lock my hens up for the night my one hen is always on the floor. I've noticed that every time she flies up to the roost, and achieves it the others usually push her off. Most of the time she can't even get up on her own because the other chickens block her. She finally just gives up and lays down on the floor. I've recently been having to manually put her up on the roost and then she's fine. Is this a bad habit to get into? Is there anything wrong with her and if so what would you reccommed to solve this problem?
