Ummm... you can eat the ducks! I'll eat the ducks! I just started a batch of muscovies for meat purposes, and duck is delicious! If you aren't successful in rehoming them, you can rehome them in a hot pan. It is certain that someone there in Gresham, especially from the immigrant community, would be happy to eat them. I am sure a local Latino or Hmong church would be happy to send a few people out to catch them.
