Hmm... can you pop a thermometer in where it is? Sounds like it might be too hot or cold. That egg tooth indicates it's less than a week old. They will refuse to eat the first couple days, but that doesn't last long. Try adding electrolytes and crumble to the water and making a slop more than a mash. Then it will get the nutrients that it needs even if in small quantities as long as it is drinking. Good luck. Its a real cutie!
