Pretty magnificent bird! Judging by the size of that comb and those wattles, I would say rooster but others say different. It's hard to see the hackle and saddle feathers from the picture. My Black Copper Marans hens dont have quite such a magnificent comb!
The comb and wattles are very large and very red, but I see no other male traits at all. But you are right, a better picture would help.
 
They are there again now and said she’s super feisty. They are trying to catch her with a net. If they catch her they are bringing her to me (I have no idea of the spot and it’s like an hour away).

Do I have to keep her incubated before trying to introduce her to my flock?
 
This is the only other pic I have and it’s not clear that’s why I didn’t post it.

It's a good idea to keep her quarantined for a month or so before introducing her to your flock. That way any disease she might have will probably become evident, and if she does turn out to be sick you have protected your flock from being infected. So best to keep her by herself, in a separate area away from the main flock until then. But it is entirely up to you, of course. Just evaluate the risks and make the choice that is right for you.
