Abnormal feathers

Hi! So this is one of about four other girls who feathers are abnormal like this (this is the worst). They are 12 months old and have never molted. I didn't see any lice or mites. Do all chickens look like this at 12 months? I've not noticed any worms in stool and they are all eating amd coming when I shake treat bag. We did introduce some new chickens about a month ago. Thank you for any suggestions if this is normal or not.

She is a calico princess. This started about 4-6 weeks ago.

I don't know you can check her feathers and under her wings for mites. If it was me in this situation I wouldn't be worried. But I wouldn't take my word.

That happened to my silver laced wyandotte a while back with 2 feathers. It was just loose feathers that either could be plucked off or just left there.
