Abnormal Hen Behavior

Right now, my chick is acting abnormal. First, she didn't lay an egg today which I didn't think much of because eggs take 28 hours to form. Then, I was told she refused to go in the coop to sleep and that my grandfather had to place her in. Finally, I came home to see her sleeping like this. Normally they wake up as soon as I open the door or shine any light, but even with lights in her eyes, she stayed sleeping. Last times I've seen similar behavior to this, my chicks were stuck laying eggs. Are there any solutions to this, or alternate reasons for this behavior?

I'm so sorry, I never saw this reply. I'm still not quite sure what it is, but occasionally when my chicks would act like this, that meant they were having trouble laying or just laid a soft egg. It's happened a few times, but they eventually came out soft, if they were egg bound. Thank you for helping!
