Are you seeing all poops like that or just now and again?
It is only some of them and not all the time…but I do now some of them with a bit redish color that may be “ shedding” , blood or tomatoes . Weather is changing rapidly from 10 C (50F) in the morning to 30 C (86 F) afternoon …

I would deworm and treat for Coccidiosis.

Since you are in Canada...let's see, I really don't know what you have access to, so I'll list a few names/products to see if you might be able to find them.

Do you know any dairy farmers (cattle) that may have some Amprolium (Corid)? If so, then I'd use that for Coccidiosis.

Toltrazuril or a Sulfa antibiotic can be used to treat Coccidiosis as well.

(Fenbendazole) Safeguard liquid goat dewormer or Equine Paste (or you may see Panacur, same thing, just different "brand") would be good for deworming.

Albendazole (Valbazen) can be used for deworming.

Not sure if you have access to Levamisole or Flubendazole (flubenvet), either one of those can be used for deworming as well.

I think I can buy here Amprolium.
I used Piperazine Dihydrochloride for deworming- it says one time treatment but I did not see any difference after so I will try to buy Amprolium . I am giving them AC with garlic and ginger to the water…
