About 14 weeks old Easter Egger, Pullet or Cockrell?

I have the exact same breed and I couldn’t figure it out either but I’m gonna bet it’s a boy! Mine looked exactly like that. But the reason I say it’s a boy is because of the neck feathers. You can see the tail starting to come in too. Mine was as I suspected, a rooster. Everyone else said it was a hen but I knew better

Cool, thanks everyone! The tail and hackle feathers do look rounded, and he comb is still really small and pink, so I'll be hopeful she is still a pullet. My others that are the same age just don't have those tail feathers flopping over and long like that!
