About 2 month old Rooster or Pullet?? help

Hi, I found this chicken a few days ago and have no idea whether it is a rooster or pullet, any ideas? From pictures I have guessed it is about 2 months old but have no ideas past that.Thanks. If anyone has any guess on breed that would be a nice bonus.

oh no.. I was hoping for a Hen. I thought it looked a little like a hen also, but I don't know much about telling the genders apart.
