About 8 week old chick with strange leg

I’m very new to chickens. I’m not sure what’s happening with the red one’s leg. She has always sat more than the others, but I just noticed the funny walk last week. When I pick her up, both feet point to the front and a look normal.

Still looking for answers. I think it might be Valgus deformation. The internet says that Vit B complex may keep it from getting worse. We've been giving medicated feed and I've treated her with an antibiotic injection for a respiratory infection. Is this good information? She can still walk. She stumbles sometimes and catches herself with her wing. She is definitely the leader of my little flock.
