I am a permaculture practitioner in Polk county FL. My garden if fairly new and I am gearing up to add chickens to my system. I have a run set up and looking to build coup soon. I look forward to eggs and good compost and later the occasional old hen on the dinner table. As I do with gardening I will be glad to share what I learn about chickens but for now, will be heavy on the learning end myself.
