? about Bantams

I have a bantam roo that is almost a month old. Do they mature faster than a standard?
Well this is embarassing, but when I pick this little roo up he's overly friendly with my hand

Hi! With the exception of Silkies, all my bantams seem to mature faster than the standard breeds.

I could tell most of my boys from my girls at about 3 weeks old.
