About how old are cockerels when they begin to fertilize eggs?

Most of my boys are about 20 weeks old, but I have one that is 15 weeks and still a few more that are 12 weeks old. I am just wondering, will they be able to fertilize eggs this Fall, or do I expect it more toward Spring? I'm just wondering.
