Then can we vaccinate a month old chicken with Marek's Vaccination?

You can vaccinate older chicks, but it might be less effective. You just have to be aware of that.

Chicks need to have not already been exposed to Marek's disease, and then continue to not be exposed to it for another two weeks, for the vaccine to be effective in preventing the tumor formation that kills many Marek's infected chickens.
If the birds have already been exposed to marek's virus, the vaccine is ineffective.
