I'm new to chickens, and I've had chickens for 9 months. I used to have 16 chickens, but 5 died and 8 turned out to be roosters and due to my city's ordinance, I had to bring them back to the farm. I have 3 left, and they are the sweetest little girls you have ever seen. I have 2 Easter Eggers, and 1 Swedish Flower. My favorite aspect of raising backyard chickens are being able to sit outside all day and watch my majestic birds free range. My other hobbies include music, rock climbing, and playing video games. I'm hopefully getting more chickens in the spring, and I hope everyone reading this has an amazing and chicken filled day!
