(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
* We got our first hens in 2021. This year we have added 9 more chicks.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
* 9 new chicks and 5 laying hens
(3) What breeds do you have?
* Rhode Island Red, Silver laced Wyandotte, Plymouth Barred Rock, Olive egger, Sapphire olive egger, prairie bluebell egger, bantams but I don’t know the breeds
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
* I have found that chickens are funny. We mainly got chickens for the eggs but I just love them.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
* hanging out with my boys/husband and crafting

* we have 3 active boys and an Australian Shepard named Lucy.
