(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I have had chickens since 2013. We have never really incubated or hatched them, but we are trying
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
I have one hen and two roosters -- I know you aren't supposed to have this, but they get along very well
(3) What breeds do you have?
Honesty, we got like three different breeds to begin with (we originally had 6 hens, but our dog killed 5 of them and then we got roosters)
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
The experience, the responsibility, and the baby chicks to come
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I enjoy playing with my horses, FFA, used to be in marching/concert band (mom made me drop out), hanging out with friends, and building stuff.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I have three sisters, two brothers, my parents (still together), and we recently had a foreign exchange student living with us from France, named Margaux. I have 7 horses (two quarters, one paint, two fillies both like four months old, and two minis) (we are currently trying to sell one quarter sadly), we have four dogs ( a "Morkie" but the owners were sketchy and she looks NOTHING like her "brother", a Chihuahua, a English Bulldog, and a mutt who is mostly Beagle), two cats (no idea what type, just know one is a very big barn cat with a bobbed tail just like his father), a hamster (teddy bear hamster), and a mini pig who can sit on command. I have no job; I'm a teenager.
