Gonna fry the pork chops, though I usually bake them. Some homemade mac 'n cheese and some applesauce. Not sure why but I've always eaten applesauce with pork. We have been eating greens non-stop since the doctor took Keith off the coumadin. He couldn't have them while taking it and we really missed our greens.
