Welcome to BYC. It would be best if you posted on the California thread and asked folks directly how they manage a flock in such hot weather.

I would imagine, among other things, lots of shade (real or manufactured) , misting hoses, shallow pans of water for the birds to stand it. Freeze some gallon jugs of water and put them out for the flock. They can stay near them.

Like others have posted, shade and fresh water are key. I use the orbit arizona misting system with an timer. We get up to 110F here and without this some will die
