About to brood new chicks

My eggs im incubating are going to hatch in a few days and i was wondering what y’all thought of my incubator, any improvement suggestions are greatly appreciated

If thats a standard plastic chick waterer (judge for size) then they will drop out of that tub very quickly. Maybe 2 weeks in.

I wasnt planning on having them in there but 2-3 weeks

Looks good, make sure you stick a thermometer under the heat lamp and check the temperature at ground level. Also make sure that they can get away from the heat if they want to as well. Other than that, looks like you’re good to go!
