About to buy these birds.. ADVICE??

Rookie chicken-raiser needing your help I'm about to buy 4 birds from this flock. Please give me some advice for picking the best ones and most importantly for ensuring they are HENS! Much appreciated!

1st picture cockerel Easter Egger

2nd pic cant tell

3rd pic makes it clearer EE pullet


3rd pic buff in focus is cockerel

other buff cant tell but maybe same

but then with the buffs if they are over 20 weeks then they are laying pullets if they are less than 15 weeks then cockerels

Hi Habibs Hens & thanks for your input. How can you tell they are cockerels... what should I be looking for? The woman said they are 4 months old.
