About when do dark cornish start to crow? Just curious

This year I ordered two dark cornish roosters for meat as well as my girls for eggs. I was only allowed to get the birds on the condition that they would be dispatched ASAP after they started crowing. How long am I going to have before first attempts at crows and birds big enough to go on the table?

My dark cornish crosses went into the freezer well before they started to crow. I know, because I held two back. They have yet to crow, and it has been two months since their hatch mates were dispatched.
