How to get fcr below 1.5

Thank you for replying weight of brioler chicken in India normally get a wieght of 2 to 2.3 kgs in avg with feed consumption of 3.5 kgs at day 42.
Now F C R means Fred conversion ratio i.e. ratio offeed taken a bird/weight gain of that bird normally it is 1.8 to 1.5 lesser will give more profit.
So my question is how to get lesser FCR without much mortality.

What i think 1.8 - 2.2 is pretty skinny for a chick did it get lost in translation
