absess on chicken

I was dusting my chickens for mites and lice when I noticed a large (1inch) sac of pus on one of them. It is about 3 inches away from the vent towards her belly. It is not too full, but obviously pus filled. Can I give her some antibiotics in the water to help her??

There was another person on here back in October that we were all following closely about her hen that had an abcess on her chest. PM ChickieBOOBOO she can give you some very good advise about this.
