Absolute sick! Mass murder

Something got into the coop and ripped the heads off and took the heads (or ate them) and left the body! I had 12 silver laced 12 ISA Browns and 3 leghorn. I'm absolutely sick, what does this and what do I need to do to kill it.

sounds like a raccoon and they are very smart at opening things, doors especially you might have to get a lock for your coop and a live trap and peanut butter work good. make sure to check for any holes in the coop itself like floors, walls, vents make that coop fort knox
