Acromio-clavicular injury?

I separated mine when I was 17 when I got hit by an Oldsmobile 88. I'm 34 now. Somedays it bothers me, like before a storm. But never incapacitates me.

Looking back, I probably shoulda had it fixed. My shoulder has begun to sublux a bit, and I'm afraid it'll get worse over the years.
