Acceptable incubation temp and humidity

I've read on here ideal temp and humidity for bobwhite quail incubation. But what is acceptable variations? I've had a hard time keeping the humidity consistent. I'm afraid I'm going to lose the few I have. Two are in lock down and 8 more go into lockdown Friday Aug 9th. This incubation was not planned. I've never done this and it has been a stressful experience.

Unfortunately, I haven't got an answer yet. I'm just doing the best I can at this point.
