Access to pool during winter?

I am thinking about getting 3-6 ducks this April. During the fall/spring/summer I will have a wading pool for them to swim in. Will that be enough of the pond them? Also, do they need access to the pool during the winter?

I am thinking about getting 3-6 ducks this April. During the fall/spring/summer I will have a wading pool for them to swim in. Will that be enough of the pond them? Also, do they need access to the pool during the winter?

Mine have their kiddie pools through Nov. mostly. and on days when the spring isn't frozen they get them, But they really don't need bathing water in the winter months.
