Accidentally stepped on gosling foot

I was getting water for my goslings while outside and one (4 weeks) got under me that I didn't see, I accidentally stepped on her toe with my full weight, she was trying to walk away but just splayed out, and then I fell losing my balance.

She got back up, limping a bit but then seemed to walk okay. However she's panting and lying down more than usual, otherwise she seems fine? There isn't a vet in my area that does exitic pets, is there anything I can do? Or watch out for?

If you can let her soak in some cool water to take some of the inflammation down and see how she does.

i did that once or twice with a goose foot and a duck foot i felt so bad but they were ok

She seems okay now after walking it out and getting some water! She even snuggled up to me after. I think I feel worse than she does . People aren't kidding when they say they're resilient!!
