I have a serama bantam rooster who is about 11 weeks old. He's been in the house all this time and I'm wondering if he needs to be acclimated to the cold here in Michigan or can I just throw him out there? The temp he is used to is 69 degrees and it's MI so today for example, it's 39 degrees outside but will be colder tonight.

Thanks

Thanks for the link! The farm where I got my seramas let them free range all year long with no heat source. I'm glad I kept to my instincts and kept them in the house, I certainly don't want them to get sick or worse. I'll be waiting till spring to put them outside.
