Ack! I think she just ate a FROG!

Everytime it rains it's so funny seeing one find a frog and run like hell from the other chickens so it doesnt get stolen.

I had heard about this, how they loved eating frogs and snakes. From my real estate agent actually. He said he was out at a friends place with his kids and they had chickens. The kids spotted a frog so the friend catches it and motions them to follow him, telling them to watch (we all know whats coming, but the children and agent did not). The guy tosses the frog into the coop and the chickens go crazy and the rest of them are horrified, LOL.

We noticed at our new house how MANY frogs and snakes (not to mention flies from the cows) are in the lawn. I hate cutting the lawn 'cause its like a mini massacre, eww.

That being said I can't wait to have my birdies eating up all that stuff...I just hope I don't have to watch!

ACK!!! My Petey got one the other day. He didn't eat it just pecked it to death. We were out in the drive and I was helping him find crickets when he found the frog. It totally grossed me out.
