Actiing wierd?

My chicken was walking around with her butt on the ground acting very stressed for about 5 minutes and then she started walking fine but she kept leaning and falling over. She then just lay down for a few minutes. She seems to be fine now but I am still woried!

My first thought was eggbound...how old is she?

She is only 3 months. I will keep an eye on her.

Has she started laying eggs yet? If not, and I'm guessing she hasn't because she's so young, then this may be a sign that she's just getting ready to lay her first egg. Sometimes young pullets will do that and will even crouch for you when you walk over to them to pick them up (like what they do before a rooster mounts them). It's completely normal for young pullets.
