The first of my nine Ancona chicks just hatched. (Yay.!) However it's rolling the other eggs around in the incubator. I did right two that were upside down afterward. Is this normal?

Welcome to BYC! Yes it is normal for newly hatched chicks to act like the other eggs are bowling pins! However, don't open the bator to move the eggs! You'll decrease the humidity by opening the bator and run the risk of shrink-wrapping the unhatched chicks (of course, me and countless other people all have and have still had successful hatches. I will use a water bottle as a mister if I do open the bator:)
