ACV Proper dosage

Guys, summer has come and as you know ACV has a huge role to play. What is it the proper dosage for weekly use?

I don't use it, but this say one tablespoon per gallon:

I use it as a tonic about 2X a week 1 Tab to a gal of water.

Capfull in whatever amount of water I’m giving them, basically. I’m not one for recipes.

Well actually I do guess at the tab. since I have used it for so long don't use the tablespoon any longer.
