Adapting a desktop incubator thermostat??

I am "striking out" I am guessing it is my search terms, I find thermostats, but no thermostat /heater/ and or fan combinations on amazon...

You do not want a fan controlled by the thermostat. You want a fan on a separate circuit because the fan needs to be always on. You don't need a heater because it does not appear as if anything is wrong with your current heating element. Heating elements are normally sold separately from controllers.

I managed to get back to this thread....
I talked to a lady at Miller hatcheries, and she said that the circuit board is the thermostat instead of a "wafer" unit... and they are still available... has anyone out there every used a circuit board thermostat before, and the BIG question does the humidity inside the incubator effect the circuit board??? any thoughts?? thanks for the replies
