I'm not sure how technical this is, but another BB I use has a feature I really like:

When you point your mouse to the title of a thread you get a 2-3 line preview of the subject (as posted by the originator)

Could BYC add this some day?

Ya, that's a fun feature! It is on our list to review the impact on the server and potentially add.
