Adding 2 of my older hens?? Is it OK

Quick question - I have two hens that I have had over a year.. - they where out numbered in my chicken tractor (by roos) which is located about an acre away (we live on ten acres) and I have my new flock - seramas, cochins, silkies, showgirls and OEGB (all 16 weeks and younger) out in the chicken coop.. They are all sectioned off in their own pens.. I want to add my frizzle bantam hen to my 16 week old mottled bantam cockeral - hoping for some frizzle babies.. but my question is - Is it OK to bring them together? I know a little about quartineing and have two separated right now that arrived from OH.. The other hen is a silkie and the roos were just tearing her up if you know what I mean.

Introductions are always risky.
I avoid that practice here.

But at least adding one to one is better than a group introduction or a mis-match of numbers.
It may just depend on the temperament of the hen and rooster involved.
You'll have to monitor them closely.

both seem to have good temperaments but my main concern would be for health - I just don't want anyone to get sick...

since they are both my flocks it should be ok right?
