Adding a new food

I have 1 week old chicks some 5 day old and some two week Olds well one is a 5 day old turkey and it won't eat the starter. So I want to put some corn in the food ,since the corn is bright yellow it will attract the turkey to get it to eat. Is that OK or should I just wait until older?

Put the corn (PEAS ARE ALSO GOOD) in a blender or cut/mush it up so they can swallow it. It is a fun treat and my babies love it

Never tried it- you can try it out. I usually use tinned pre-boiled corn

Don't use corn. Make a mash. Corn will not do anything but waste space in the stomach.
