adding chicks to young hen population

I have just had to relocate my rooster and would like to add 2 new chicks. I have 3 pullets all hatched 6/18. is this a possibility?

First off, Welcome to BYC...

I don't put younger chicks with older ones until the younger ones are at least 16 weeks.

Others have done it successfully, I have not. When I wait till they are 16 weeks there is still a week of picking and pecking but that ends and all will be well.

I have added 1 month old babies in with adults chickens, they are all still alive.
