Adding eggs to a broody

I think another one of my hens is going broody as she decided to sleep in nesting box. I noticed it tonight and added some blue eggs I'd like to see hatch. It was a little chilly out today so I was wondering if they would still be viable since they were sitting out all day.

How long is she been broody? If the egg is just sitting for today it’s should be good as long as it didn’t freeze.

She started today. I'm in central Florida so it's not freezing.

I'd wait until you are sure she broody before giving her fertile eggs,
then give all the eggs you want her to hatch at the same time.
Might want to move her someplace else?
