I have a female that has a nest that has about 7-9 eggs in it... a friend gave me about a dozen more eggs can i put them in there so she can hatch them her self or would she not go back to the nest to lay more? her nest is not really "hidden" but nothing can really get her, we have dogs and they keep all the unwanted animals away.. what do you think?
Thanks

Mine have never been bothered by me taking eggs or adding them. The only thing is whether she can cover that many and when the two batches are due too hatch. It sounds like none have been started incubating - I would try it.

I have never had a Guinea hen successfully hatch and raise keets. After a few hatch they abandoned the nest with a few keets. Each day a keet or two would die until she had none left. On the other hand, I have had 100% success with chicken mothers raising keets. I haven't lost any that a chicken raised.

Well i might put them with a chicken. I am not sure yet, I was told silkies were the best to use, but i dont really know yet. I dont mind if she doesn't raise them i just want her to hatch them bc my incubators are full. I will take them and put them in the brooder once they hatch no worries. The eggs are all from this week and last so i am thinking they will all hatch together! Thanks for the help

I'd put the doz eggs from your friend under a broody now, and let the Guinea hatch her own pile of eggs (but collect all of the keets).
