Adding new chick to exsisting flock

My exsistinf flock is 7 weeks old. 2 cockerels & a pullet. I will be removing one cockerel & bringing in a new pullet that is a several weeks older. Since they are young can I just add her in?

Umm I usually introduce the new chicken and watch closely the you might fight a little but if it get any bad like fighting to the death remove the new one
