Adding New Chickens

I just purchased 4 new chicks at 2 different ages. I got 2 sex linked chick at about 2 weeks and 2 brahmas at 1 month. They're all hens except for one brahma which is actually a brahma silkie mix. I have a 3 month old amauracana rooster currently that I've had since he was about 3 weeks old. What is the best way to introduce everyone to make a happy flock. ( The 4 new ones are all practically a flock already) All tips would be helpful.

Try to let the chickens work it out at first. Nature's way may sometimes fail though, so if the chickens get way to aggressive with each other, consider seperating them again so they can calm down. Then repeat, and if this doesn't work after multiple tries,then try introducing two chickens to each other at one time instead of all the chickens together, so that in the end they all know each other.Then introduce them as a flock again.
