We picked up a free 2 week old rooster from the feed store because nobody wanted him, and we are in need of a larger roo for our flock. We then picked up 2 day old chicks to keep him company while is was in the house. We also had a momma hatch 4 eggs over the last few days, and today we joined the 3 newbies to her brood. She loves the little babies just fine, but isn't taking to kindly to the rooster. He was never with a mom, so doesn't know the right way to be a roo. Any suggestions on how to get momma to like all 3 of the new babies instead of just the 2? Thanx.

In my opinion, it's just not going to happen. He's just too old, and she knows it. Day olds are easy to get a broody to accept, a two week old is a whole 'nother story.
Just brood him by himself until he's fully feathered and ready to go outside. He'll be alright until then. If he seems lonely, put a stuffed animal or mirror in the brooder with him :)
