Adding new chicks

I have nine1-year-old black Australorps (pullets)and I want to add 6 sex links(pullets) and two roosters, all six months old. How should I introduce them to my chickens without ruffling any feathers so to speak. I know my chicks are pretty proprietary and have a definited pecking order. I have a very large run and an 8 x 10 coup. Any help would be appreciated.
