adding new girls

I have 5 girls who are 23and half weeks and not laying yet, if i get more girls now and put them in with them will it add even more time on the egg waiting game??

I don't think it will effect egg laying. You have to do a careful transition anyway. My girls had barely started laying when I got three new girls and they kept on laying.
